- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise concerning Product Solutions initiatives including strategy, methodology and system development and enhancements
- Design, deliver and maintain the Product Solutions roadmap including identifying needs and opportunities, managing team priorities and collaborating with business partners and stakeholders
- Develop key performance indicators for the team and analyze and define the appropriate approach to meet goals using data based observations, industry trends and product based research
- Monitor, measure and report on plans and budget for the business unit and complete evaluations to ensure the benefits of strategic initiatives are maximized
- Coach and develop your team, recruit and select talent, manage and reward performance, and foster an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives
Requirements
- 7 10 years of leadership experience in insurance, product management, underwriting, portfolio management or strategy
- Post secondary degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics or a related discipline
- Experience overseeing both Product Management and Solution Delivery functions, including prioritization, roadmap management, business case development, and value realization
- Working knowledge of Home, Auto, Commercial and Farm products, the insurance industry landscape and competitive environment
- Experience working within Agile product management and delivery environments and leading multidisciplinary teams through organizational change
- Demonstrated success delivering strategic initiatives that improve growth, profitability, operational effectiveness, and client outcomes
- Proficiency in English essential for drafting complex documents and preparing daily reports for anglophone leaders

To join our team
- You have 7 10 years of leadership experience in insurance, product management, underwriting, portfolio management or strategy.
- You have a post secondary degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics or a related discipline.
- You have experience overseeing both Product Management and Solution Delivery functions, including prioritization, roadmap management, business case development, and value realization.
- You have working knowledge of Home, Auto, Commercial and Farm products, the insurance industry landscape and competitive environment.
- Having the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation is an asset.
- You have experience working within Agile product management and delivery environments and leading multidisciplinary teams through organizational change.
- You have demonstrated success delivering strategic initiatives that improve growth, profitability, operational effectiveness, and client outcomes.
- Proficiency in English is essential to the main duties in this role.

Salary Range
- Expected salary range CAD 114,021 CAD 164,000+ (min max, full range).
