- Develop key performance indicators for the team and analyze data to meet goals
- Monitor, measure and report on plans and budget for the business unit
- Coach and develop your team, recruit and select talent, manage and reward performance
Requirements
- 7 10 years of leadership experience in insurance, product management, underwriting, portfolio management or strategy
- Post secondary degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics or a related discipline
- Experience in both Agile Product Management and Solution Delivery environments
- Strong knowledge of Commercial insurance products, the insurance industry landscape and competitive environment
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation is an asset
- Proficiency in English is essential

To Join Our Team

Salary
- Expected salary range CAD 114,021 CAD 164,000+ (min max, full range).
- Salary determined by Co operators based on local market conditions, geography, knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
- Employees may also participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation.
