- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for Product Solutions initiatives including strategy, methodology, and system development
- Design, deliver and maintain the Product Solutions roadmap, managing team priorities and collaborating with stakeholders
- Develop KPIs and analyze data to meet goals using industry trends and product research
- Monitor and report on plans and budget, ensuring benefits of strategic initiatives are maximized
- Coach and develop team, recruit talent, manage performance, and foster an agile culture
Requirements
- 7 10 years of leadership experience in insurance, product management, underwriting, portfolio management or strategy
- Post secondary degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics or related discipline
- Experience overseeing Product Management and Solution Delivery functions
- Working knowledge of Home, Auto, Commercial and Farm products and insurance industry
- Experience in Agile product management and delivery environments
- Proficiency in English
- CIP or FCIP designation is an asset

How You Will Create Impact
- Providing leadership and subject matter expertise concerning Product Solutions initiatives including strategy, methodology and system development and enhancements.
- Designing, delivering and maintaining the Product Solutions roadmap including identifying needs and opportunities, managing team priorities and collaborating with business partners.
- Developing key performance indicators for the team and analyzing data to meet goals using data based observations, industry trends and product based research.
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on plans and budget for the business unit and completing evaluations to ensure benefits are maximized.
- Coaching and developing your team, recruiting and selecting talent, managing and rewarding performance, and fostering an agile culture.
To Join Our Team
- 7 10 years of leadership experience in insurance, product management, underwriting, portfolio management or strategy.
- Post secondary degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics or a related discipline.
- Experience overseeing both Product Management and Solution Delivery functions.
- Working knowledge of Home, Auto, Commercial and Farm products and the insurance industry landscape.
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation is an asset.
- Experience working within Agile product management and delivery environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering strategic initiatives that improve growth, profitability, operational effectiveness, and client outcomes.
- Proficiency in English is essential.

Salary
- Expected salary range CAD 114,021 CAD 164,000+ (min max, full range).
- Salary determined by local market conditions, geography, knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
- Opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation.
Work Model
- Hybrid (2 days in office).
