Role Overview
Lead the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous enhancement of Data and AI products.
Drive product vision, portfolio prioritization, stakeholder alignment, product adoption, and value realization.
Strategy and Portfolio
- Define and maintain Data and AI product strategies and roadmaps.
- Establish product vision, objectives, KPIs, and value realization measures.
- Prioritize initiatives and investments based on business impact and strategic alignment.
- Manage a portfolio of data, AI, analytics, and digital products.
Product Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Data and AI products.
- Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release management.
- Ensure delivery timelines, budget adherence, and expected business outcomes.
- Resolve strategic delivery risks and roadblocks.
Stakeholder and User Experience
- Engage executive stakeholders to define priorities and strategic direction.
- Act as the bridge between business, technology, design, and data teams.
- Drive product adoption and business engagement across the organization.
- Oversee user research, journey mapping, and product usability assessments.
Governance and Quality
- Establish product governance standards and operating procedures.
- Monitor product quality, performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Data Governance, PDPL, security, and organizational standards.
- Ensure products provide intuitive, scalable, and high-value user experiences.
People and Capability Development
- Lead and mentor Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Product Management resources.
- Establish product management methodologies, templates, and standards.
- Build organizational capabilities across product management disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics, or AI-related domains.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale product portfolios.
- Strong understanding of Data and AI platforms, governance, analytics, and digital transformation.
Preferred Qualification
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certification in Product Management, Agile, Project Management, or Change Management.
