Location and schedule
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, and is hybrid.
- The expected schedule is two to three days per week in the office, including Wednesday and Thursday and the fourth Friday of each month.
- The in-office schedule may change according to business needs.
Contract and pay
- The pay rate is CAD 56.17 to CAD 64.93 per hour.
- The contract length is 57 weeks, with the possibility of extension.
Role overview
The Senior Manager will lead procurement platform enablement, workflow optimization, supplier adoption, automation, project delivery, and operational support.
The role serves as the functional subject matter expert for Coupa and associated Source-to-Pay processes.
Platform and workflow responsibilities
- Maintain expertise across Coupa modules, workflows, configurations, integrations, and capabilities.
- Lead the design, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of end-to-end Source-to-Pay workflows.
- Evaluate requirements and recommend functional solutions aligned with platform capabilities and best practices.
