The Senior Functional Analyst - QA will support Alberta's multi-year Restructured Energy Market program.
The role supports implementation and operationalization of the Enspire application suite, including market settlement, commercial model management, offer control, outage submission, and price validation.
The position bridges business needs and technical delivery, moving from implementation QA and requirements gathering to product lifecycle support.

Compensation and Contract
- The pay rate is CAD 67.75 per hour, depending on experience.
- The contract length is one year.
- The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification, with INC classification also considered where applicable.
Location
- The listed location is Calgary, Alberta.
Role Overview
The Senior Functional Analyst - QA will support Alberta's multi-year Restructured Energy Market program.
The role supports implementation and operationalization of the Enspire application suite, including market settlement, commercial model management, offer control, outage submission, and price validation.
The position bridges business needs and technical delivery, moving from implementation QA and requirements gathering to product lifecycle support.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and oversee test plans, test cases, UAT, and SIT, including root-cause analysis.
- Lead workshops, validate requirements, create functional specifications, and design as-is and to-be process diagrams.
