Role Overview
Lead presales for national-scale healthcare information systems, clinical platforms, and enterprise health-tech solutions across the UAE.
Drive solution design, proposals, customer engagement, commercial modeling, pipeline management, and cross-functional pursuit execution.
Solutioning and Proposal Execution
- Lead discovery, requirements analysis, solution design, effort estimation, pricing, and proposal development.
- Own RFP and RFI responses end to end, including structured storyboards, win themes, and high-quality submissions.
- Develop solution narratives aligned with customer outcomes such as clinical quality, claims integrity, patient experience, and regulatory compliance.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct discovery workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, solution walkthroughs, and due-diligence sessions.
- Build trusted relationships with customer architects, IT leaders, and business sponsors.
- Translate customer feedback into qualified opportunities and product inputs.
Assets and Pipeline
- Maintain reusable presales assets including demo environments, solution decks, case studies, reference architectures, and pricing calculators.
- Track pipeline metrics, pursuit status, and competitive intelligence for assigned accounts.
- Partner with Product and Delivery on roadmap inputs and solution feasibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Partner Alliances on pursuit strategy and post-win transition.
- Mentor solution consultants and bid analysts on matrixed pursuits.
- Contribute to internal knowledge management and the broader presales playbook.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- 9–13 years of presales, solution consulting, or solution architecture experience within healthcare technology or digital health.
- Experience leading demos and authoring proposals for payers, providers, government entities, and ancillary healthcare organizations.
Healthcare and Commercial Skills
- Working knowledge of HL7/FHIR, claims and revenue-cycle workflows, EMR/EHR ecosystems, cloud deployment models, and healthcare data or AI use cases.
- Familiarity with MOHAP, DOH, DHA, NPHIES, ABDM, or HIPAA regulatory frameworks is preferred as applicable.
- Strong commercial acumen for modeling TCO, ROI, and pricing constructs.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills.
