Role Overview
PureCS is seeking a Manager, Lean Portfolio Management within its Strategy & Portfolio function.
The role operationalizes the Lean Portfolio Management framework across the PureCS delivery estate.
The role works with vertical heads, delivery leads, and program and project managers.
Location
- The role is located in Dubai and is expected to move to Abu Dhabi soon.
Key Responsibilities
- Roll out and embed the Lean Portfolio Management framework across programs and projects.
- Act as the link between portfolio leadership and the wider delivery community.
- Run portfolio intake, stage reviews, governance calendars, and portfolio meetings.
- Ensure initiatives are structured correctly in the platform with clear value drivers.
- Prepare governance packs and represent the portfolio when required.
- Support program resets by reviewing scope, funding, and delivery issues.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- At least 7 years across project delivery, program management, and portfolio work.
- Strong capability in plans, financials, dependencies, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to influence delivery teams.
- Experience in healthcare or a large enterprise is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; MENA or GCC experience is preferred.
