Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the program wide planning and scheduling framework, standards, and procedures
- Lead development, integration, and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule
- Provide planning oversight and support to multiple project teams within the Vertical Links portfolio
- Own and manage the program level reporting framework for schedule and progress
- Work closely with risk, change, and cost teams to integrate planning information
- Act as the central planning and reporting interface between Vertical Links and other client functions
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of planning and progress data
- Lead and manage a team of planners/schedulers and reporting analysts
Requirements
- Extensive experience in planning, scheduling, and reporting on large scale programs
- Strong knowledge of planning frameworks, WBS, and integrated master schedules
- Experience with risk analysis and schedule risk assessments
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6
- Leadership experience managing a team of planners and analysts

Job Overview
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Manager: Planning & Reporting to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- This is a senior, client facing role embedded within an integrated client PMC office on a major transportation program.
- The role provides cross program visibility and coordination, ensuring planning, scheduling, and reporting are consistent and aligned.
Key Responsibilities
