We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Senior Manager, Fulfillment (Inventory Excellence)

  • to join the Central Team of our Fulfillment Centre in Kezad,Abu Dhabi.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving inventory charters across the fulfillment network, ensuring inventory accuracy, process excellence, and loss reduction in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • You will work closely with fulfillment, product, tech, and planning teams to design scalable inventory solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Design thinking with a data-driven approach toward problem-solving, focusing on inventory placement within warehouses, process improvement for inventory-related activities, and throughput optimization at scale.
  • Build detailed business cases for inventory-related initiatives, including productivity improvement, loss and damage reduction, and reconciliation accuracy, and deliver these projects by working closely with product and tech teams.
  • Own and drive inventory placement strategies within warehouses to optimize space utilization, pick efficiency, and stock accessibility across multiple fulfillment centers.
  • Lead process improvements for inventory-related activities such as inbounding, put-away, cycle counts, audits, stock reconciliation, and returns processing.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between fulfillment teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure alignment on inventory charters and operational priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory and fulfillment KPIs to identify trends, shrinkage drivers, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Drive loss and damage reduction initiatives through root-cause analysis, corrective action plans, and adherence to best practices across fulfillment locations.
  • Support the implementation and governance of standardized operating procedures and inventory best practices across the fulfillment network.
  • Collaborate with IT, logistics, planning, and finance teams to improve WMS utilization, inventory visibility, and reconciliation accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for leadership, providing insights into inventory health, operational risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure all inventory and fulfillment activities comply with UAE health, safety, and shipping regulations.
  • What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain, with significant ownership of inventory charters and cross-site operations.
  • Experience in centralized inventory operations or multi-site fulfillment environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale inventory improvement initiatives and influence stakeholders across operations, product, and technology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional coordination, stakeholder alignment, and leadership reporting.
  • Ability to interpret complex inventory data, identify root causes, and drive sustainable solutions.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple inventory initiatives across sites while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Strong hands-on experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations with a deep focus on inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control tools.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory placement, stock reconciliation, audit processes, shrinkage control, and loss prevention.
  • Experience driving process optimization initiatives for inventory accuracy, productivity improvement, and damage reduction.
  • Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and shipping regulations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for inventory analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.
