- Define success by identifying what should be measured and focusing on meaningful metrics
- Analyze customer behavior, performance trends, and tactics over time
- Define business requirements for data models and attributes to power personalization
- Leverage customer research, data, and feedback to inform strategies
- Work with Business Support partners to lead the day to day function of the department
Requirements
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in analytics, data science, or technical roles
- Deep experience in customer data, insights, or performance marketing
- Strong business storytelling ability
- Effectively bridging technical data and business stakeholders
- Leveraging AI to enhance insights and decision making
- Thrives in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Experience in digital, performance or direct to consumer marketing is a strong asset

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Aritzia is growing and the Customer team is growing with it.
- This role will translate data into actionable strategies and playbooks for targeting, personalization, and performance.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, and Executive stakeholders.
THE ROLE
