The Opportunity
- Aritzia is growing and our Digital team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering a world class Digital experience.
- On the website channel commerce team, you will play a pivotal role in proactively driving the Digital business through tracking and monitoring performance, managing the prioritization of enhancement opportunities, and collaborating cross functionally.
The Role
- Help establish the Website’s long term vision, strategy and roadmap that fuels our digital business.
- Deliver and enable customer centric Website experiences that fuel long term, profitable business growth.
- Manage and action on Website sales opportunities, as well as drive cross functional initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
- Measure, analyse, and action on Website sales channel performance.
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day to day function of the department.
The Qualifications
- Proven skills, education and/or experience in eCommerce, with prior experience in a role directly accountable for business performance and sales.
- Proven experience leading successful eCommerce initiatives and driving customer and business value.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and action on data driven decisions.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.

- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross functional partners.

The Compensation
- The range for roles at this level is CAD 100,000–CAD 300,000 per year.
- Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role.
