Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in Omni, Product Management, Operations & Logistics, or eCommerce
- Experience in retail operations with exposure to supply chain logistics

- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross functional partners

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Lead team to ensure exceptional service through post purchase journey including shipping, delivery, and returns
- Apply knowledge of industry landscape and work with senior leaders across Retail, eCommerce, Concierge, Technology, and Supply Chain
THE ROLE
- Establish enduring omni strategy across all digital customer touchpoints
- Offer elevated, timely, and convenient customer logistics services
- Build and manage Customer Shipping and Returns Program
- Identify and implement technology for consistent cross channel capabilities
- Partner with cross functional teams to optimize customer delivery experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven skills, education and 5+ years of industry experience in Omni, Product Management, Operations & Logistics, or eCommerce
- Experience in retail operations with exposure to supply chain logistics is a benefit
- Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross functional partners
- Commitment to quality and investing in results
THE COMPENSATION
- Market leading compensation packages designed to reward impact
- Range for roles at this level is CAD 100,000–CAD 300,000 per year
- Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity
