- Acquire, negotiate and conclude lease agreements with new tenants in line with the budget
- Ensure development of tenancy contracts templates and forms of high quality by working with legal
- Manage all operational requirements for leasing in terms of staff management, manpower on site, annual leaves, staff training
- Ensure all leads are managed effectively within Salesforce
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 8 10 years of experience in leasing including 3 years at a senior managerial level
- Middle East experience is preferred
- Excellent Business Development skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Advanced customer relations and customer service orientation
- Advanced business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Arabic is advantageous

Role Overview
- The role holder is responsible for managing the implementation of all residential leasing activities and developing relationships with clients to achieve 100% occupancy of the DHAM residential portfolio.
- The role holder ensures that the deals are documented and executed within the company policies / budgets whilst providing seamless customer service to improve customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Provide input to the development of leasing strategy and business plan in order to identify new leasing opportunities in local markets and achieve the annual leasing objectives.
- Support in the development of leasing plans, policies, procedures and practices that ensure adequate safety for the business and provide sustainable service to the clients.
- Develop and implement an attainable leasing plan and budget to ensure the Leasing strategy is translated to practical operational action & projects which contribute to the achievement of ROI and business objectives.
- Achieve new leases revenue target for all assigned communities in order to support the achievement of overall department EBIDA.
Core Responsibilities Budgetary Support
- Support the Director – Residential Leasing to prepare, consolidate, and forecast the commercial budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
Core Responsibilities Commercial Operations
- Manage leasing services for all assigned DHAM residential portfolio and ensure proper planning and execution of activities to maximize occupancy rate and ensure the highest revenue return on the assets.
- Meet revenue and occupancy targets and ensure all pipelines and deals are closed.
- Acquire, negotiate and conclude lease agreements with new tenants in line with the budget.
- Ensure development of tenancy contracts templates and forms of high quality by working with legal that ensures standardization of leasing documents.
- Ensure lease documents are accurately prepared to allow seamless administration and execution of lease agreements.
- Manage all operational requirements for leasing in terms of staff management, manpower on site, annual leaves, staff training.
- Ensure all leads are managed effectively within Salesforce.
- Work with the marketing team to establish new promotions and marketing channels.
- Approve holding units for new leases and unit changes according to requirements.
- Monitor contracts under 'issued' status and yet to be approved and provide direction.
- Ensure all leasing activities are incorporated through YARDI or other available platforms.
- Drive the team and ensure maximum efficiency of sales function to achieve targets.
Key Relationship Management and Revenue Enhancement
- Develop and manage corporate and individual client relationships and seek expansion opportunities.
- Effectively leverage brokers/ agencies for successful delivery of Services.
- Assign and manage external leasing agencies when required.
- Support in Identifying new lines of revenue opportunities and propose enhancement plans.
- Identify potential relationship opportunities from a B2B to B2C perspective.
Customer Experience Management
- Manage and implement the customer experience management model to maximize customer acquisition and retention rate.
- Oversee the customer satisfaction survey results across the assigned Residential portfolio.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all assigned projects.
- Provide input and recommendation for all projects to improve customer experience.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience
- 8 10 years of experience in leasing including 3 years at a senior managerial level.
- Middle East experience is preferred.
