Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Learning & Development will drive strategic excellence and delivery across the learning solutions portfolio.
The role works with the Director, Learning & Development and collaborates across functional, program, and regional learning teams.
Learning Portfolio Leadership
- Lead strategic learning initiatives, programs, and processes aligned with business and people priorities.
- Own cross-functional learning solutions program and enablement service delivery across the portfolio.
- Oversee the Data Analytics and Visualization micro-credential program and priority portfolios including AI and digital skills.
- Maintain enterprise learning methodologies and technologies, including learning evaluation and digital badges.
Consulting and Design
- Lead end-to-end learning solution consulting, including needs analysis, feasibility and impact analysis, and solutioning.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to identify and validate enterprise learning and development needs.
- Serve as a learning design subject matter expert for enterprise eLearning and firmwide initiatives.
- Design engaging, fit-for-purpose learning solutions that support measurable impact.
L&D Excellence
- Support Future of Learning initiatives and facilitate a firmwide L&D Community of Practice.
- Promote data and engagement insights to assess the impact of L&D initiatives.
- Maintain firmwide learning content libraries and promote accessible, fit-for-purpose content.
- Enable responsible use of AI to improve and reimagine L&D work.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in learning and development in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience with end-to-end learning solutions accountability and multi-stakeholder internal engagements.
- Strong business acumen, collaboration, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Written and oral fluency in English.
- Professional learning or adult learning certification is an asset.
Technology and Professional Skills
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Copilot.
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and manage complex priorities.
Pay Range
- The expected base salary range is $105,000 to $150,000 and may include bonus awards.
