Role Overview
Own the leadership curriculum end to end, including needs identification, program design, hands-on delivery, and coaching.
This is a design-and-delivery role that directly facilitates sessions and coaches business leaders.
The role owns leadership training needs analysis and may directly line manage a small number of reports, depending on the operating model.
Leadership Framework and Curriculum
- Design and evolve the leadership development framework and curriculum from frontline supervisors through senior leaders.
- Translate business priorities and future skills needs into program design decisions with the Director.
- Build and run digital, blended, and experiential interventions that drive behavioral change.
- Monitor industry shifts, technology, and emerging leadership practices to keep the curriculum current.
Training Needs Analysis
- Own training needs analysis for the leadership pillar by identifying gaps and future capability requirements with business leaders.
- Prioritize capability gaps based on business impact and urgency.
- Feed TNA findings into the leadership framework and curriculum roadmap.
