Role Overview
Support the Master Development Unit through communication, digital technology coordination, visual reporting, and operational project support.
Combine creative communication, digital systems management, AI-enhanced workflows, Power BI reporting, heavy-equipment data coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop newsletters, dashboards, infographics, presentations, and other communication materials highlighting progress, safety achievements, digital transformation, and milestones.
- Create branded visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards showing performance indicators, trends, and field insights.
- Coordinate Aconex Field, AI-CCTV systems, and other digital construction tools by guiding users, resolving issues, and supporting accurate data entry.
- Maintain trackers for NCRs, inspections, system enhancements, heavy-equipment data, and reporting cycles.
- Manage heavy-equipment registration, documentation, compliance workflows, contractor coordination, and QR-code data processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly visual summaries covering equipment compliance, progress status, digital adoption, and operational KPIs.
- Develop Microsoft Visio diagrams, process maps, and organizational charts.
