- Follow daily route plan to make customer visits

- Audit customer stock to identify requirements
- Provide inputs on competitors' promotions, pricing, and sales trends to supervisor
- Implement sales promotions effectively as per company guidelines
- Attend daily endorsement sessions with supervisors
- Handle customers professionally and address queries efficiently
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer complaints regarding return goods
- Ensure capturing hot display spots for off shelve displays
- Follow up with customers for collections targets
- Submit cash and cheques/bank transfer documents to cashier
Requirements
- Experience in field sales operations, preferably in modern trade
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to achieve sales and collection targets
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Summary
- Senior Sales Representative Modern Trade is responsible for conducting the field sales operations. He / She applies sales knowledge and techniques to achieve his sales targets and collection targets. He / She manages customer relationship through outstanding customer service and timely issue resol
Job Responsibilities
- Follow the daily route plan (JCP) to make customer visits
- Discuss the sales order requirement with customer and take sales order. Make an audit of customer’s stock to identify requirement
- Provide inputs on competitors’ promotions, pricing, and sales trends to Sales Supervisor
- Implement the sales promotions effectively as per company guidelines
- Attend the daily endorsement session with the supervisors
- Handle customers professionally and address their queries efficiently
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- Handle customers’ complaints regarding return goods by gathering required information and submitting it to the logistics team for necessary action
- Ensure capturing the hot display spots for the off shelve displays
- Follow up with customers regularly for achieving the collections targets
- Raise concerns to the supervisor in case of overdue or collection issues
- Submit cash and cheques / bank transfer document to cashier along with supporting to ensure accurate accounting of collections
