- Maintain audit ready procurement documentation to ensure transparency and compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in IT procurement, technology sourcing, or category management
- Proven leadership experience in complex, fast paced environments
- Expert level capability in contract management, advanced negotiation, procurement systems, and global technology sourcing
- Experience negotiating high value IT contracts across software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, managed services, and mission critical airline systems
- Degree qualified
- Proficiency with procurement tools and ERP systems

About the Role
- Riyadh Air is looking for an experienced procurement leader with deep expertise in technology sourcing, commercial negotiations, and supplier management.
- The role leads the digital procurement function, ensuring timely, reliable and cost effective sourcing of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT procurement strategies aligned with corporate objectives, consolidating spend, negotiating long term agreements and building strong supplier partnerships.
- Lead a high performing procurement team, driving capability development, performance management and adoption of digital procurement tools and analytics.
- Partner closely with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to anticipate technology needs and support digital transformation priorities.
- Oversee supplier segmentation, market analysis, and contract governance while mitigating risks related to vendor dependencies, data privacy, and service continuity.
- Drive strong supplier performance, support budgeting and financial planning, and maintain audit ready procurement documentation.
About You
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years in IT procurement, technology sourcing, or category management.
- Proven leadership experience in complex, fast paced environments.
- Expert level capability in contract management, advanced negotiation, procurement systems, and global technology sourcing.
- Strong experience negotiating high value IT contracts across software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, managed services, and mission critical airline systems.
- Skilled in driving cost optimization, improving total cost of ownership, and delivering value across large technology portfolios.
- Proficiency with procurement tools and ERP systems.
