Requirements
- Degree level with specialization in Environmental studies or related
- Minimum 7 10 years of experience with at least 3 5 years in developing sustainable strategy in airport or aviation industry
- Strong understanding of key airport operations, sustainability processes, and environmental impact assessment methodologies
- Demonstrated project management expertise
- Proficiency in translating complex sustainability data into clear, actionable insights

What you'll deliver
- Develop and deliver a compelling vision for the holistic passenger journey, creating innovative service concepts that elevate Dubai Airports’ global position.
- Embed a customer first mindset across all design activities, ensuring both functional and emotional needs of passengers are fully understood and addressed.
- Leverage data and passenger insights to develop practical, scalable concepts, prototypes, and infrastructure solutions that enhance the airport experience.
- Create and implement a strategic experience masterplan, delivering a portfolio of innovative solutions that delight customers and differentiate Dubai Airports.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer experience is fully integrated into infrastructure plans and capital projects.
- Establish frameworks to monitor, measure, and continuously enhance the quality of passenger experiences and service propositions.
- Deliver design solutions that are economically feasible, operationally viable, and commercially impactful.
- Partner with internal teams, external consultants, and service providers to ensure successful delivery of experience design initiatives.
What you bring
- Educated to a degree Level with a specialization in Environmental studies or related.
- Minimum of 7 10 years of experience with at least 3 5 years of relevant experience in developing sustainable strategy in an airport or aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of key airport operations, sustainability processes, and environmental impact assessment methodologies.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, ensuring sustainability projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in translating complex sustainability data into clear, actionable insights for audiences with varying levels of expertise.
