- Draw conclusions and recommend remedial actions from supervisory engagements.
- Follow up on risk mitigation plans and validate closure of compliance issues.
- Assist in developing supervisory guidelines and updating tools and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and training internally and to regulated entities.
- Contribute to strategy formulation, policy development, and regulatory projects.

- 8 13 years of experience in financial services supervision, risk management, or compliance
- Experience in supervising Fintech or regulated entities
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk based supervision

Job Purpose
