Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programmes for Wealth Management and Priority Banking teams
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on the job coaching sessions across investment, insurance, and wealth products
- Train Relationship Managers on advisory led selling techniques, portfolio conversations, and client needs analysis
- Ensure front line teams maintain strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with Product, Compliance, and Business teams to align training content
- Support onboarding and certification of new Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors
- Develop learning assessments, roleplays, and accreditation frameworks
- Monitor training outcomes and provide recommendations to improve sales capability
Requirements
- Experience as a Wealth Trainer or similar role in wealth management training
- Strong knowledge of wealth products, investment, and insurance solutions
- Ability to design and deliver training programmes for front line teams
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in wealth management
- Experience in sales enablement and performance improvement
