- Conduct detailed analyses of current infrastructure systems and identify enhancement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans ensuring compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and design teams for cohesive planning and execution
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication with external agencies, consultants, and community partners
- Oversee preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure planning or project management for large scale developments
- Thorough understanding of planning principles, regulatory frameworks, and construction processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex information
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in planning and project management software
- Professional certifications in project or infrastructure management (e.g., PMP) are a plus

Key Responsibilities
