Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Infrastructure Planning.
The role develops and implements infrastructure planning strategies supporting major Qiddiya projects.
The role ensures infrastructure initiatives align with Qiddiya's broader vision.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic infrastructure planning initiatives and integrate them into the broader development framework.
- Analyze current infrastructure systems and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Create comprehensive project plans with relevant stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and industry compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and design teams on infrastructure planning and execution.
- Manage relationships and communication with external agencies, consultants, and community partners.
- Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor planning progress and provide updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor team members and promote innovation, teamwork, and professional development.
Requirements
