- Develop and deliver a compelling vision for the holistic passenger journey, creating innovative service concepts that elevate Dubai Airports’ global position
- Embed a customer first mindset across all design activities, ensuring both functional and emotional needs of passengers are understood and addressed
- Leverage data and passenger insights to develop practical, scalable concepts, prototypes, and infrastructure solutions
- Create and implement a strategic experience masterplan, delivering a portfolio of innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer experience is integrated into infrastructure plans and capital projects
- Establish frameworks to monitor, measure, and continuously enhance passenger experiences and service propositions
- Deliver design solutions that are economically feasible, operationally viable, and commercially impactful
- Partner with internal teams, external consultants, and service providers to ensure successful delivery of experience design initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer experience design, service design, or human centered design within complex environments
- Overall 10 12 years of experience
- Strong ability to translate user insights into innovative, practical solutions
- Data driven mindset with ability to leverage customer insights and research
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions
- Passion for creating world class, customer centric experiences

What you'll deliver
