About the Role
KPMG Canada is seeking a Senior Manager for its Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team within the Finance Transformation Advisory practice. You will lead client engagements, manage teams, and drive business development, focusing on EPM technology implementations such as Oracle, Adaptive Insights, and Anaplan.

- Manage Finance Transformation projects with focus on end to end EPM functional transformation and technology implementations
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to senior level client stakeholders
- Help organizations manage risks and improve performance by managing projects across each phase of the implementation life cycle
- Work with senior KPMG leaders to enhance and integrate service offerings across Management Consulting and Advisory practices
- Develop relationships and partnerships with other KPMG Offices
Requirements
- Minimum 7 9 years of EPM related experience with a professional services advisory firm
- Experience leading and delivering full life cycle implementation projects related to EPM with software vendors such as Oracle, Adaptive Insights, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan and Tagetik
- Experience working in a client facing role across a variety of industries and businesses
- Strong mix of business and functional knowledge related to EPM processes
- Proven ability to communicate business requirements and understand implications on functional design
- Experienced in process reengineering, designing and implementing business performance management applications including budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, and reporting
- Experienced with governance, controls, process and procedures, centers of competency, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity and compliance, and data quality management
- Strong knowledge of information access and delivery methods, analytics applications and tools, data sourcing and integration methods such as OLAP / ROLAP / HOLAP and an understanding of data warehousing/mining, ETL, EII, data cleansing, and architecture

- We are looking for a talented professional like you to build a highly visible presence for EPM engagements that leverages EPM technology solutions.
What You Will Do
- Motivating your team and creating a culture of inclusion. Providing day to day guidance and actionable coaching to your team.
- You will manage, mentor and train junior team members, as well as provide support to other service lines within Management Consulting.
- Being responsible for overall engagement planning and delivery as well as managing engagement economics using available reports and data.

- Being known as a trusted advisor and as a champion within your sector/service.

What You Bring To The Role

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
- The expected base salary range for this position is CAD 131,000 to CAD 179,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards.
