Role
Serve as the Site Engineering Lead for a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
Provide strategic engineering leadership for safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective site operations.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulated manufacturing industries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Key Competencies
- Strategic engineering leadership, site master planning, and infrastructure development.
- CAPEX management, budget planning, financial control, and ROI evaluation.
- Engineering digitalization, Industry 4.0, sustainability, energy optimization, and risk management.
- Enterprise project management, governance, stakeholder communication, and talent development.
Engineering Leadership
- Develop the Engineering Strategy and site master plan for growth, expansion, technology upgrades, and infrastructure modernization.
- Lead strategic projects involving facilities, utilities, automation, digital transformation, sustainability, and operational improvement.
