The Opportunity
Provide strategic administrative, operational, and project management support to senior Legal and Compliance leaders based in Dubai.
Support a regional organization spanning multiple countries, business units, and time zones.
Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across countries, time zones, and stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, offsites, workshops, and regional events, including agendas and briefing materials.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action summaries, and follow up on key deliverables and commitments.
- Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leaders.
Travel and Team Operations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Process expense reports, track approvals, support reimbursement, and assist with departmental budget administration.
- Coordinate onboarding, office access, visitor management, procurement, records, and backup administrative support.
