About Abbott

The role supports a regional Legal and Compliance organization spanning multiple countries, business units, and time zones.
The Opportunity
Provide strategic administrative, operational, and project management support to senior Legal and Compliance leaders based in Dubai.
Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership while coordinating schedules, regional initiatives, and operational improvements.
Use technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity.
Executive and Team Support
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate international meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and organize leadership events.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting minutes, action summaries, and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, travel packs, expense reports, approvals, reimbursements, and budget administration.
- Support legal records, document management, contract administration, signatures, compliance reporting, and governance processes.
