- Oversee daily operations across production, quality control, and logistics to ensure efficient, safe, and timely delivery of food products
- Lead and develop cross functional teams, set performance targets, and monitor key metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients, manage budgets and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Contribute to strategic planning, implement process enhancements, and support a culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in food manufacturing, hospitality supply, or related industries, with a track record of managing teams and operations
- Strong skills in operations management, including production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements, with experience implementing quality assurance processes
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis to support data informed decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement initiatives, such as process standardization or efficiency projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage
- Ability to work on site in the Doha Metropolitan Area and adapt to a fast paced, production driven environment
