Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef specialized in Pastry and Bakery for a full-time, on-site position in Doha, Qatar.

This role involves leading all aspects of pastry and bakery operations, including the design and preparation of high-quality baked goods and desserts.

You will manage and mentor the culinary team, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain exceptional quality standards.

Additional responsibilities include developing new recipes, monitoring inventory, and ensuring an efficient work environment to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Bakery and Baking, with a proven ability to produce a variety of high-quality baked goods
  • Strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills, with a focus on precision and attention to detail
  • Advanced Culinary Skills and knowledge of flavor profiles to create innovative pastry and dessert recipes
  • Experience supervising and mentoring culinary teams to ensure optimal performance
  • Understanding of food safety standards and compliance with health and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications; specialization in pastry and bakery is an asset
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a high-volume bakery or pastry kitchen is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
