About the Role
Parsons seeks a Senior Manager - District Integration to lead the spatial integration of a GoA4 driverless rail system within a master-planned urban development in Riyadh.

Responsibilities
- Drive spatial integration and layout configuration of all fixed rail infrastructure within developer districts
- Define, manage, and protect physical boundaries, structural zones, and maintenance easements of the rail network
- Coordinate location and design of critical wayside infrastructure to minimize urban impact
- Lead coordination of federated 3D/BIM models to catch spatial conflicts early
- Act as lead mediator and technical problem solver for clashes between rail components and developer assets
- Establish and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and boundary matrices
- Ensure integrated district designs maintain uncompromised emergency egress routes and smoke management paths
- Guarantee permanent, practical, and safe 24/7 access for rail maintenance teams through developer controlled land
- Seamlessly bridge journey between developer's public realm and rail transit environment for intuitive wayfinding and accessibility
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in large scale rail, transit, or complex urban infrastructure projects
- Strong background in multi disciplinary interface management
- Exceptional understanding of rail alignment constraints, structural clearances, and spatial requirements for GoA4 systems
- Deep familiarity with BIM coordination workflows and modern design software
- Proven experience navigating competing priorities in a developer led environment or mega project
- Strong knowledge of international Fire Life Safety codes (e.g., NFPA 130) and practical realities of rail O&M
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or closely related technical discipline
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills

Job Description
- Parsons is in search of an exceptionally talented Senior Manager – District Integration to join their team.
- You will solve critical physical and functional puzzles where a GoA4 driverless rail system meets a massive master planned urban development.
- Operating client side, ensure stations, viaducts, tunnels, and auxiliary infrastructure blend seamlessly into surrounding developer districts without compromising rail performance or masterplan aspirations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cross Asset Alignment: Drive spatial integration and layout configuration of all fixed rail infrastructure.
- Spaceproofing & Rights of Way: Define, manage, and protect physical boundaries and maintenance easements.
- Auxiliary System Placement: Coordinate location and design of critical wayside infrastructure.
- BIM & Model Governance: Lead coordination of federated 3D/BIM models to catch spatial conflicts early.
- Clash Resolution: Act as lead mediator when rail components clash with developer buildings, utilities, roads, or landscaping.
- Interface Documentation: Establish and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and boundary matrices.
- Fire Life Safety (FLS): Ensure integrated designs maintain emergency egress routes and smoke management paths.
- Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Guarantee permanent, practical, safe 24/7 access to rail assets.
- Customer Experience (CX): Seamlessly bridge journey between developer's public realm and rail transit environment.
