Role Context

we are Hiring in Riyadh a **senior-level consulting professional in Public Sector** to **design, build, and operationalize an Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO)**.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility assignment in a demanding client environment where **quality, structure, and executive storytelling are non-negotiable**.

The successful candidate will operate at **senior management or director level**, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership while personally driving deliverables.

Pmo Design & Deployment

  • Define the **target operating model** for the ePMO (governance, processes, tools, decision rights)
  • Design standardized **portfolio, program, and project management frameworks**
  • Establish **prioritization, reporting, and performance management mechanisms**
  • Support the rollout of the ePMO across business and executive stakeholders

Executive-Level Consulting & Storytelling

  • Produce **highly polished, executive-grade presentations** (from blank page to final deck)
  • Structure complex topics into **clear, compelling narratives** for senior leadership
  • Prepare materials for steering committees, executives, and public-sector leadership
  • Actively facilitate workshops, governance forums, and executive discussions

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Engage senior public-sector stakeholders with authority and credibility
  • Drive alignment across multiple departments and leadership levels
  • Support change management efforts to ensure ePMO adoption and sustainability

Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of experience in **top-tier consulting or equivalent advisory roles**
  • Proven track record in **PMO or ePMO design and implementation**
  • Experience working with **public-sector or large, complex organizations** is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously at **Senior Manager / Director level**

Skills & Capabilities

  • Exceptional **PowerPoint and executive communication skills**
  • Strong analytical and structuring abilities; comfortable starting from zero
  • High standards for quality, clarity, and precision
  • Ability to manage demanding stakeholders and tight timelines

Language & Location

  • **Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory**
  • Fluency in English required
  • **On-site presence is required**
