GIS–BIM System Experts (Digital Twin) (J26-50)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and maintain **GIS and BIM systems** supporting Digital Twin platforms for real estate assets.
• Ensure consistency and alignment between **BIM models (design/construction)** and **GIS data (asset, spatial and operational layers)**.
• Structure and manage Digital Twin data for malls and commercial buildings, covering architecture, MEP, utilities and public areas.
• Coordinate with asset management, facility management, IT and external consultants to define data requirements and use cases.
• Support operational teams through accurate digital representations for maintenance, space management and lifecycle tracking.
• Validate the quality, completeness and accuracy of GIS/BIM data delivered by designers, contractors and vendors.
• Contribute to the definition of standards, workflows and governance related to Digital Twin, BIM and GIS.
• Support system upgrades, data migrations and integration with CAFM, CMMS or asset management platforms.
• Produce technical documentation, dashboards and visual outputs for stakeholders.

Required Profile

• Background in **Real Estate, Commercial Buildings, Shopping Malls or Large Property Assets** is mandatory.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Geomatics, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience with **GIS–BIM integration** and Digital Twin solutions applied to real estate environments.
• Strong understanding of building systems, spatial data and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience working on **large malls, mixed-use developments or commercial real estate portfolios**.

Technical Skills

• Solid expertise in **GIS platforms** (ArcGIS, QGIS or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of **BIM tools** (Revit, Navisworks, IFC-based workflows).
• Experience with **Digital Twin platforms** or smart asset environments.
• Understanding of data interoperability, georeferencing and BIM–GIS alignment.
• Familiarity with asset management, FM systems or smart building technologies is a plus.

Languages
