- Ensure organizational readiness for scaling Digital Twin initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Smart Cities, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 6 years of experience in digital transformation, smart infrastructure, or similar fields
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing large scale technology projects involving Digital Twin, BIM, GIS, or IoT
- Skilled in stakeholder management and vendor coordination

Role Overview
- Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced Manager Digital Twin to lead implementation and development of digital twin technologies.
- Responsible for leveraging digital twin methodologies to enhance operational efficiencies, improve decision making, and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Qiddiya's Digital Twin project, ensuring timely delivery of strategy, roadmap, and MVP.
- Act as primary liaison with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors.
- Develop and oversee Digital Twin strategy integrating with BIM, GIS, IoT, and Unified Data Platform (UDP).
- Manage implementation of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate selected use cases.

Requirements
