Responsibilities
- Develop office portfolio, asset, and product strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.
- Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, and management presentations.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and occupier analysis to inform development decisions.
- Assess office market risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Define office products, tenant positioning, and customer value propositions.
- Support identification of anchor occupiers, strategic partners, and key demand drivers.
- Work with Development, Design, Delivery, Leasing, and Operations teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Develop recommendations on project phasing, prioritization, and investment decisions.
- Manage external consultants and advisory workstreams.
- Support engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in management consulting, real estate strategy, development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, occupier requirements, and development economics.
- Experience in market analysis, business planning, and strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
