Responsibilities
- Lead assigned residential projects through all stages of the development lifecycle
- Prepare and maintain development business plans, feasibility studies and project strategies
- Drive development process from concept design through project completion and handover
- Monitor project performance against approved business plans, budgets, schedules and objectives
- Identify project risks, opportunities and value enhancement initiatives
- Lead definition of residential products, including mixed use residential developments
- Work with internal stakeholders and consultants to ensure market demand and commercial objectives
- Drive development phasing, product mix, pricing assumptions and value creation
- Lead consultants throughout design process and ensure alignment with development objectives
- Coordinate closely with Cost Planning, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Procurement teams
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees
- Lead project governance requirements and stage gate approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- 8+ years of experience within a real estate developer, master developer or large scale mixed use development organisation
- Experience leading residential developments from early stages
- Strong experience preparing and managing feasibility studies, development business plans, budgets and phasing strategies
- Demonstrated exposure to full development lifecycle from concept through delivery and handover
- Experience managing consultants and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
