Role Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models across strategic development projects.
The role supports investment analysis, business planning, strategic opportunity evaluation, portfolio performance analysis, and decision-making by senior leadership.
The position requires expertise in financial modeling, valuation, feasibility assessment, scenario planning, and portfolio performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models.
- Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Analyze project and portfolio performance using IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
- Prepare business plans, forecasts, and recommendations for management and investment committees.
- Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses for strategic decision-making.
- Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects.
- Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Improve financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes.
