• Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial projects to meet scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project delivery plans, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives and commercial policies
• Manage contract administration, procurement processes, and supplier relationships to optimize commercial outcomes
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues related to project delivery while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, procurement, and operations to ensure integrated project delivery
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and risks
• Drive the adoption of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies within the Commercial Office
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and manage communications to maintain alignment and support throughout project phases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project delivery and commercial management within large organizations, preferably in entertainment, infrastructure, or investment sectors
• Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and commercial negotiation skills
• Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making sound decisions under pressure
• Experience working within or alongside commercial offices, with a good understanding of financial and legal considerations in project delivery
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is desirable
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
