Senior Manager - Data Analysis (DEL 3)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual and multi-year business planning cycle, coordinating inputs across functions and consolidating into an integrated operational plan
• Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management frameworks, KPIs, OKRs, and balanced scorecards
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and management reporting packs, providing timely and accurate performance insights to senior leadership
• Identify performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Partner with department heads to set performance targets, monitor progress, and drive corrective actions where required
• Lead cross-functional planning workshops and strategic review sessions (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Manage the risk and issue escalation process linked to performance delivery
• Develop and coach a high-performing team of planning and performance analysts
• Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives with structured planning and tracking frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (required)
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) from a reputable institution (preferred)
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in strategy, planning, performance management, or management consulting
• Prior experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB / Big 4 Strategy) strongly preferred
• Proficiency in data visualisation and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced modelling)
• Demonstrated experience building KPI frameworks, reporting systems, and business planning processes from the ground up
