About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead establishment and implementation of KPIs to enhance field force productivity
- Conduct in depth analysis of customer and field force data to generate actionable insights
- Oversee CRM platform and ensure visibility of performance metrics
- Partner with sales, marketing, and IT to optimize CRM strategies
- Foster effective territory management and resource allocation
- Design and implement performance driven incentive schemes
- Define and execute AI strategy for Commercial Excellence
- Lead development and execution of training programs covering product knowledge and Customer Engagement Model
- Collaborate with franchise leads, marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams
- Oversee InterAct platform management and Valign organizational structure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical/Medical field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in similar role
- Strong business understanding and marketplace knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong project management, analytical, and forecasting skills
- Effective presentation and communication skills with ability to influence senior management
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and AI tools
- Excellent command of English and Arabic

Degree Requirements

- Strong project management, analytical and forecasting skills
