About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager – Commercial Deal Management to join a leading global organization within the payments and financial services industry.
  • This commercially focused role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing deal strategies across the CEMEA region (Central Europe, Middle East & Africa).
  • You will be responsible for driving commercial excellence, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring all deals are strategically structured, financially sound, and aligned with regional business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end commercial deal management for complex, high value opportunities across the CEMEA region
  • Partner with Sales to develop competitive commercial pricing strategies and contract structures
  • Perform financial modeling, business case development, and scenario analysis
  • Evaluate and approve commercial proposals, incentives, and pricing frameworks
  • Ensure all deals comply with internal commercial policies, risk, and governance standards
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations based on market dynamics and client requirements
  • Drive best practices in commercial deal governance and approval processes
  • Support senior leadership through commercial reporting, deal reviews, and pipeline analysis
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the commercial deal function

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8–12+ years of experience in commercial deal management, pricing, finance, or strategy roles
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and commercial contract structuring
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi country commercial deals
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across cross functional and senior leadership teams
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision making capabilities
  • Experience within financial services, payments, fintech, or consulting industries preferred
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
