Responsibilities
- Lead end to end commercial deal management for complex, high value opportunities across the CEMEA region
- Partner with Sales to develop competitive commercial pricing strategies and contract structures
- Perform financial modeling, business case development, and scenario analysis
- Evaluate and approve commercial proposals, incentives, and pricing frameworks
- Ensure all deals comply with internal commercial policies, risk, and governance standards
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations based on market dynamics and client requirements
- Drive best practices in commercial deal governance and approval processes
- Support senior leadership through commercial reporting, deal reviews, and pipeline analysis
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the commercial deal function
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8–12+ years of experience in commercial deal management, pricing, finance, or strategy roles
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and commercial contract structuring
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi country commercial deals
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across cross functional and senior leadership teams
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision making capabilities
- Experience within financial services, payments, fintech, or consulting industries preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager – Commercial Deal Management to join a leading global organization within the payments and financial services industry.
- This commercially focused role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing deal strategies across the CEMEA region (Central Europe, Middle East & Africa).
- You will be responsible for driving commercial excellence, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring all deals are strategically structured, financially sound, and aligned with regional business objectives.
