- Design implementation plans addressing people/process/technology impacts.
- Establish feedback loops to refine AI delivery workflows over time.
Requirements
- 8+ years in business transformation, process excellence, enterprise delivery, or operational improvement roles.
- Proven track record leading process improvement and transformation initiatives, ideally within digital or AI enablement contexts.
- Post secondary degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
- Fluency in AI concepts (GenAI, Agentic AI, Automation) without requiring deep technical expertise.
- Proven ability designing or standing up enterprise enablement models or centers of excellence.
- Experience in governance, workflow, and process design and optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Clear, structured communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trust across domains.
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
- Executable Standards & Frameworks to Scale Innovation: Design and evolve the AI CoE’s implementation standards, guardrails, and playbooks so teams can experiment and deploy AI consistently, safely, and repeatably across the Firm.
- Use Case Intake, Prioritization & Benefits Realization: Lead structured intake and triage of AI opportunities; shape problem statements and success metrics; support prioritization recommendations; and establish mechanisms to track and report realized benefits post implementation.
- Workflow Redesign: Lead end to end process redesign efforts to reimagine the way that we work leveraging AI solutions to augment the value we provide to our clients and colleagues.
- Responsible AI by Design: Partner with Technology, Data, Privacy/Legal to incorporate the appropriate governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI practices.
- Playbooks, Templates & Toolkits: Create practical toolkits to drive alignment across the organization and enable scalable innovation.
- Implementation Planning & Change Execution: Design implementation plans that address people/process/technology impacts, partnering with our People and Culture teams on AI literacy and skills and communication plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Establish feedback loops to refine AI delivery workflows over time, capturing lessons learned and driving iterative improvements as adoption scales.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success leading process improvement and transformation initiatives, ideally within digital or AI enablement contexts, with tangible results in complex, cross functional environments.
- 8+ years in business transformation, process excellence, enterprise delivery, or operational improvement roles.
- Post secondary degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
- Fluency in AI concepts (GenAI, Agentic AI, Automation) without requiring deep technical expertise.
- Proven Ability designing or standing up enterprise enablement models or centers of excellence.
- Experience in governance, workflow, and process design and optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive decisions and progress across business and technical teams.
- Clear, structured communication and presentation skills to engage a wide range of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trust across domains and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Professional services or firm‑based experience is an asset.
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma and/or a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci®, CCMP™, APMG) is an asset.
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Microsoft D365 is an asset.

Salary range
- The current salary range for this role is CAD 135,000 to CAD 165,000 in Toronto, ON.
Workplace
- We’re working in a model where teams are required to be together in the office 4 days per week.
