About the Role

- Manage the adoption roadmap for enterprise AI capabilities (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 copilots)
- Identify opportunities for tool exploration and support business cases through analysis, pilot inputs, and user feedback
- Stay apprised of new AI capabilities and develop understanding of business value and impact on process and workflows
- Partner with business teams to identify high impact use cases and support design and implementation of solutions
- Partner with People & Culture teams to execute adoption plans for enterprise AI tools, including stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and support
- Design forums to engage with stakeholders, establish feedback loops, and provide knowledge sharing
- Define and track success measures, synthesizing insights into clear recommendations
- Create and maintain practical enablement content and support publishing/curation through various channels
Requirements
- 5+ years in business transformation, AI or digital adoption, product enablement, operations, or related roles, with demonstrated delivery in cross functional environments
- Post secondary degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
- Experience driving adoption and change management for enterprise tools (communications, training, stakeholder engagement, reinforcement)
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365; hands on experience enabling Copilot and/or Copilot Studio is strongly preferred
- Fluency in AI concepts (GenAI, Agentic AI, Automation) without requiring deep technical expertise
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive decisions and progress across business and technical teams

The Role
- As the Manager, Business Transformation AI Enablement, you will join the Business Transformation team to support initiatives at the forefront of shaping the future of our Firm.
- You will be a core member of the Firm's AI Centre of Enablement, partnering closely with People & Culture, Technology, Data, Privacy/Legal, and business leaders.
- This is a Business Transformation role focused on adoption, enablement, and operational governance—not a technical or AI engineering role.
Responsibilities
- Manage the adoption roadmap for enterprise AI capabilities (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 copilots), including release readiness, sequencing, dependencies, and post launch reinforcement.
- Identify opportunities for tool exploration and support business cases through analysis, pilot inputs, and user feedback.
- Stay apprised of new AI capabilities being developed across tools and develop understanding of business value and impact.
- Partner with business teams to identify high impact use cases and support design and implementation of solutions.
- Partner with People & Culture teams to execute adoption plans for enterprise AI tools, including stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and support.
- Design the right forums to engage with stakeholders, establish feedback loops, and provide knowledge sharing.
- Define and track success measures, synthesizing insights into clear recommendations.
- Create and maintain practical enablement content and support publishing/curation through various channels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business transformation, AI or digital adoption, product enablement, operations, or related roles, with demonstrated delivery in cross functional environments.
- Post secondary degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience driving adoption and change management for enterprise tools (communications, training, stakeholder engagement, reinforcement).
- Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, APMG) and/or experience with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is an asset.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365; hands on experience enabling Copilot and/or Copilot Studio is strongly preferred. Experience with Dynamics 365 is an asset.
- Fluency in AI concepts (GenAI, Agentic AI, Automation) without requiring deep technical expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive decisions and progress across business and technical teams.
- Professional services or firm based experience is an asset.

Salary Range
- CAD 110,000 CAD 128,000 in Toronto, ON.
Work Model
- Teams are required to be together in the office 4 days per week.
