Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manager- Systems and Processes (CDU7) to drive the continuous improvement of our operational systems and processes.
In this role, you will be key to developing and maintaining efficient systems that support Qiddiya's strategic goals and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance process workflows, ensure system integrity, and improve overall business performance.
You will also oversee process documentation, manage stakeholder communication, and facilitate training and change management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, design, and optimize business processes and systems in alignment with organizational objectives
- Lead initiatives for process improvement, including identifying pain points and implementing innovative solutions
- Collaborate with various departments to standardize processes and ensure seamless system integration
- Develop process documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Manage change management efforts related to system updates or process implementations
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to guide continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems and process management, preferably in large organizations or capital projects
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience with process mapping and workflow tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are considered an asset
