- Develop and nurture strong, long lasting relationships with key clients
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with clients to identify their specific data analytics and AI technology needs
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Work closely with technology and data science teams to design tailored solutions
- Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional services or products
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; master’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a client facing role, preferably in technology or data analytics industry
- Good understanding of data analytics and AI technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and negotiation abilities
- Results driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations
- Familiarity with business landscape in Abu Dhabi and UAE is a plus
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
