- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including handover checklists, condition assessments, and maintenance requirements
- Train operational staff on asset specific procedures, maintenance requirements, and safety protocols

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in asset management, project handover processes, or related fields, preferably in large scale construction or development projects
- Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and best practices in operational readiness
- Experience in developing and implementing asset management strategies and processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities to assess asset performance and operational risks
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality results
