Senior Manager – AI Security Product Owner

Role Purpose

Key Accountabilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, lifecycle, use-case prioritization, and secure product delivery for AI security solutions.
• Embed security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles into AI/ML products.
• Establish AI security controls across model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Assess data privacy, model bias, explainability, regulatory compliance, and broader AI risks.
• Deliver secure AI products across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Integrate security controls into MLOps and LLMOps pipelines with continuous validation.
• Drive secure SDLC practices including threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure deployment.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors.
• Manage third-party AI risk assessments and contractual security obligations.
• Support audits, track remediation, maintain risk registers, and provide governance reporting.
• Define monitoring for logging, anomaly detection, and abuse prevention.
• Lead AI incident response and root-cause analysis while improving posture against emerging threats.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML security, product ownership, or related domains.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML security, governance, and risk management.
• Strong expertise in cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP and DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and ISO 42001.
• Proven product ownership, agile delivery, and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, LLM security, and the AI threat landscape.

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification is preferred.
• AI security, AI governance, or cloud security certifications are preferred.
• Product certifications such as Scrum Product Owner are preferred.
