Senior Mainframe Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• The researching, design, developing and delivering of engaging and industry leading Mainframe training materials.
• Delivery of training courses in an engaging and professional manner, using a variety of different training delivery techniques.
• Technical coaching of Fresher/ Junior Mainframe hires for meeting time bound production readiness into the aligned areas
• Conducting and organizing technical interviews and assessments.
• Contributing to continual process improvement through cross-department collaboration.
• Upskill / reskill existing Mainframe resources across various job levels
• Partner with key stakeholders to review, consolidate and strategize on curriculum and delivery modes of custom tailored and structured programs for building & developing Mainframe System Programmers as per India Talent development agenda, with quick turnaround time for scaling up the talent initiatives
• Responding to and liaising with Business on new training requests and any performance issues.
• Prepare and conduct monthly webinars, events, educational series for our Mainframe Community.
