The project: This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative mixed-use development in Abha, Saudi Arabia.

The programme will create a world-class destination, bringing together residential, commercial, hospitality, leisure, and public realm components to support the region’s future vision and growth aspirations.

The project offers the opportunity to work within an integrated, multidisciplinary team on a large-scale development that will contribute to the ongoing transformation of the Kingdom and create a lasting legacy for the region.

You’ll be responsible for: Lead, develop, and support the project delivery team, ensuring resources, capabilities, and performance are aligned to contractual commitments and project objectives.

Foster trusted relationships with clients, principal contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders, promoting collaboration and delivering positive project outcomes.

Oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensuring activities are planned, coordinated, and executed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.

Provide clear oversight of project performance, budgets, costs, risks, and change control, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigating challenges.

Champion effective communication through the production of insightful progress updates, performance reporting, and forward planning activities.

Promote a culture of health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance and best practice across all operations.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation, identifying smarter ways of working to enhance productivity, service quality, and client value.

Ensure effective management of logistics, assets, equipment, and site support activities, maintaining operational excellence throughout project delivery.

Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
